Green Fee Packages
All Greens Fee Packages purchased will expire on December 31st of the calendar year they are purchased in. However, any unused rounds of your current package as of December 31st of the current calendar year can be rolled over into the next calendar year, provided a package of equal or greater value to your current package is purchased for the next calendar year.
If you purchase a 25 Round Package at the beginning of the year, and then decide that you need to purchase another 75 rounds, this will not count as purchasing 100 rounds and receive a rebate on the first purchase and second purchase. They are two completely separate transactions.
Cart fees are not included with the green fee memberships. The prices only include the green fee packages. Cart fees are $15 + tax per person.

Trail Passes
Residents of Sun City Carolina Lakes, who own their own golf cart, will be able to purchase a trail pass for the year. This pass will allow the holder to use their own golf cart to come to the golf shop to use the driving range, as well as use their cart on the golf course during their round of golf. However, a resident of Sun City who does not own a golf cart, may ride with someone who does, but they will be charged a trail fee of $11.00 + tax. Trail passes purchased in 2009 will expire December 31, 2009. A resident who has their own cart and has a trail pass, but must rent a cart will only pay the daily trail fee to use the clubs cart, instead of the normal cart fee rate. Trail Passes will not be pro-rated. The cost will be the same if purchased in January or if purchased in October.

Residents of Sun City at Carolina Lakes will be allowed to purchase a yearly range pass.
